Fécamp, a cultural destination: explore the Musée de la Pêcherie and its temporary exhibition Thixotropies until May 19.

Discover the captivating art of the temporary exhibition "Thixotropies" at Fécamp's Musée de la Pêcherie. Artist Laure Delamotte-Legrand explores the instability and drift of a coastline in perpetual transformation. Trained as an architect, her work is shifting and protean, traveling through cultures from Normandy to Limousin, from the Netherlands to Portugal.

Laure Delamotte-Legrand is a visual artist, video artist and scenographer who pays particular attention to space and the body, inspired by the notion of the genius of place. Her career path, marked by a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in Theatrical and Choreographic Studies from the University of Paris VIII, reflects an in-depth analysis of movement, nourished by her sensitivity to dance since childhood.

For a total immersion in the history of Fécamp, its maritime past and the secrets of the Cauchoise region, visit the Musée des Pêcheries. Housed in a former cod drying plant, the museum offers fascinating collections on local life.
